The 4900SC single needle chainstitch machine is ideal anywhere you need the elasticity of a chainstitch (vs. lockstitch). It’s now equipped with our advanced Direct Drive technology. Direct drive eliminates the need to ever replace the sewing belt, provides better speed control, and positions the needle in the down position to save time and allows even the novice to sew like a pro.
DIRECT DRIVE SERVO MOTOR
The 4900SC features a built-in direct drive servo motor that harnesses the latest technology. This motor allows for quieter and smoother operation. No belts = No Mess, No replacements.
STICH DIAL REGULATOR
The stitch dial provides a simple adjustment (1.4 – 4 mm) for the length of the stitch.
LOOPER THREAD GUIDE
The thread guide allows the thread to move smoothly ( or freely) through the machine for a more consistent appearance and quality of stitch.
LIGHT THE WAY
Built-in, bright LED lights illuminate the sewing path and provide an optimal sewing experience.
